This solution has been simplified by the creation of our Account Transfer Form. Simply send an e-mail toCustomerservice@cfdynamics.com , or call (972) 294-3862 (toll-free 866-233-9626), and request this form. Upon receiving your request we can send the form to you directly VIA e-mail, or fax.
The original account holder needs to fill out the left-hand side of the page and sign the bottom. The new account holder needs to fill in the right-hand side of the page and sign the bottom. After the entire form is completed and signed, the document can be returned to us. Our fax number is (972) 294-3867. Once these changes are received by us, the name/contact and billing information will be changed, and a confirmation e-mail will be sent to you letting you know that the process is complete.
