If you wish to cancel an account with us, the procedure is simple. We require that you submit a ticket to the Billing department. The e-mail must be from the account holder, and should include the name of the account that needs to be cancelled. Also, please include the date you would like the account to be cancelled. Upon receiving this e-mail, we will cancel the account, and all sub-accounts(unless specified otherwise.). Finally, we will send you a verification e-mail that the account has been deleted, and refund information (if applicable.)
