How will I be charged if I upgrade or downgrade?

Charges for upgrading or downgrading your account may depend on what your current billing date is.  If you are in the beginning of a cycle, you will be charged the new amount for the upgrade/downgrade.  If you are in the middle, or the end of a billing cycle, you will either be charged the remaining amount on the date/next billing date of upgrade, or you will receive a refund/credit to your account on you next billing date.
