I got billed incorrectly, what should I do to rectify billing?

If you feel that you have been billed incorrectly, please do the following.  First, you will need to be prepared with the date, amount, and description of the error.  You would then want to talk to customer service by either calling 866-233-9626 ext. 1, or send an e-mail to customerservice@cfdynamics.com.  You may then calmly and clearly describe where you think an error was made.  Customer Service can then review your history of payments to look for any errors or discrepancies.  You and the representative can then formulate a plan to rectify the situation.
