We guarantee an uptime of 99.5% per our SLA, if the server up time guarantee is not met, we will refund you a portion of your monthly hosting fees. The total refund is up to 50% of your monthly hosting fees. The refund will be calculated after being notified from you, we will confirm and start a down time report. The refund must be requested in the month that the server was unavailable.
