The CF File tag is used to upload information to the server, so by restricting the CF File tag we are limiting what can be uploaded. The Basic and Enhanced plans are on separate servers than the Enhanced + Plans, therefore there are more advanced Cold Fusion features installed on the server. You will need greater knowledge and resources to use the advanced CF feature including CF File tag.
