If you have forgotten your email password please refer to KBA# 62.
In order to change your email password you will need to log into the mail admin interface at ‘http://mailadmin.yourdomain’ (ie. http://mailadmin.cfdynamics.com). You will be presented with a login screen. You will log in to your mail account with your full email address and current password.
Once you have successfully logged in you will be presented with the User Options for this mailbox. In the top portion of the screen you will see a place to change your password (directly under the change name fields.
Enter your new password in the form and select the change password button on the left. Your new password will be updated immediately.
