The admin of your domain will have to do this. They will need to log into the 'Mail Administration' section of me.cfdynamics.com and follow these steps:
- on the left hand menu click on 'Mailboxes'
- find the appropriate mailbox/user from the list and click 'Edit' next to their name
- on the pop up screen you will be allowed to change their password, rights, etc. (NOTE: you can also make changes to the mailbox options by clicking 'Mailbox')
- click update
The new password has been changed at this point and the user will need to log out and then log back in for it to take affect.
