How do I change the email administrator’s password?

If you have not forgotten your password please refer to KBA# 61.

In the event that the administrators account password has been forgotten please follow the steps below:

1. Refer to the original signup letter received when your account was created.
2. Alternatively you may request a copy of the letter be sent to the primary account holder.
3. Contact our Customer Support department to have the password reset.
