What are my email settings when using Microsoft Outlook ?

  

  • Open Microsoft Outlook
  • Open File or Tools at the top of the window and select info or E-mail accounts.
  • Select View or change existing email accounts or Add a new email account then Next.
  • Select POP3 or IMAP then Next.
  • Fill in the information as follows:
  • Incoming mail server:  me.cfdynamics.com (port 995 for POP3, 993 for IMAP and select the option to use SSL)
  • Outgoing mail server:  me.cfdynamics.com
  • Username:  your full email address (ex. bob@example.com)
  • Password:  your email account password
  • Select More Settings.
  • The Outgoing Server tab.
  • Select My outgoing server (SMTP) requires authentication.
  • Use same settings as my incoming mail server will automatically select
  • The Advanced tab.  Change the outgoing server port number to 587 or 465 and select the option to use SSL.
  • Click OK
  • Then Next
