Your mail server name will be for both your pop and smtp will be 'me.cfdynamics.com'. In OUTLOOK and other mail clients there may be an option that says 'my outgoing server requires authentication'. That needs to have a check in the box or circle next to it as well as the option reading 'use same settings as my incoming server.
