Import Calendar for use with Webmail

You can import your email client calendar into Webmail.

1.  Login to the Webmail interface with the email address and password you want to import the calendar to.
2.  Click on the 'Calendar' icon.
3.  At the top of the calendar page, click on the 'Import/Export' icon.
NOTE:  YOU MUST EXPORT YOUR CALENDAR TO A FILE FROM YOUR EMAIL CLIENT PRIOR TO IMPORTING IT TO Webmail.
4.  In the 'Import Calendar, Step 1' section, leave the default 'Comma separated values' in the drop down box below 'Select the format of the source file'
5.  In the box below 'Select the file to import', type the path to where your exported file is or click the 'Browse' button to the right and browse to the file.
6.  You can put a 'check' in the box next to 'Replace existing calendar with the imported on?'.  If you place the check in the box, all entries will be deleted in you Webmail calendar.  If you do not, then it will overlay the entries from your file that is being imported into Webmail.
7.  Click the green 'Next' button.
8.  On the 'Import, Step 2' screen, leave the defaults in the boxes and click the green 'Next' button.
9.  On the 'Import, Step 3' screen, you can select pairings to match up from the calendar fields and the fields available in Webmail.  To do this, simply click on a field listing in the 'Imported fields' and on from the 'Available fields' box that you want to match it with and click the 'Add Pair' button.  This will display the pairing below in the 'Matching fields' section.  Webmail DOES A GOOD JOB OF PAIRING UP THE FIELDS BY ITSELF SO YOU DON'T HAVE TO MAKE PAIRINGS.
10.  Click the green 'Next' button and it will import the calendar and take you back to the 'Import Calendar, Step 1' screen.  You can now view your calendar.
