Share Task List

You have the ability to share your task list with others in your domain by doing the following:

1.  Login to Webmail.
2.  Click the 'Tasks' icon.
3.  Expand the 'Tasks' button at the right of the screen if it's not already expanded.
4.  Click the blue 'Manage Task List' link.
5.  In the box below 'Individual Users', enter the email address of the person you want to share your task list with.
6.  Put a 'check' in each of the permission boxes at the right you want the user to have.
7.  Click the 'Save and Finish' button.

NOTE:  In order for you to view other people's task list, they must follow the above steps before you can view them.
