Yes, there are a couple of ways to accomplish this.
- Login to the members section and fill out a password change form. A new password will be generated and the account holder will receive the information via email.
- Fax in a request on company letterhead and a new password will be generated and the account holder will receive the information via email.
For security purposes we do not allow simple passwords. Generated passwords are 8 characters or longer, mixed case, alphanumeric with a special character i.e. Chef#Pr2.
