To manage your DNS zone records, including MX, CNAME, A, etc., follow the steps below.
1. Log into the client dashboard
2. Under the header 'my services' click your hosting account tab (i.e. Wordpress, Civilian11, etc.) then click your domain name.
3. Under 'Service Details' click 'control panel'. If your account is Wordpress, ASP.NET or PHP then to get to the section where you can modify your DNS record, click 'Mail and DNS control' from the left side menu.
4. Once in the control panel, click the 'domains' icon.
5. Click your domain name.
6. Click 'Edit DNS zone records'.
7. Here is where you can manage your DNS records.
To modify an existing record, click the pencil icon at the left of the record you want to modify. When you're done, click 'save'.
To add a new record, click the 'Add record' button at the top and select the type of record you want to add and fill in the information required then click 'save'.
