Smarter Stats are available for dedicated server customers only at this time. For those customers, we will install SmarterStats on your server and you can manage your sites from application after logging in.
For our shared customers, we have awstats. This is our stats solution that is very robust in terms of reporting and capturing site information. To request awstats, please login to the control panel and send a support ticket in. Once we receive it and the setup is complete you will receive the login information.
