If your DSL isn't working right we may need to reset your connection in our router. Please shutdown your computer and turn off your modem while I do that. If you want to go get a cup of coffee that would be great. When you're done with that you can turn your modem back on, then your computer. If that doesn't fix the problem you may want to contact your telephone company to make sure they aren't having problems with any of the equipment in your area.
