Then click on the current hosting account type (i.e. LegacyCF or Sidekick11) then click your domain name then click 'control panel' under the header 'service details' 2. From the left side menu, click 'server management' then 'manage SSL certificates' 3. At the top, click 'create signing request' and fill out the form. Please make sure, in the 'domain' section your domain matches what you eventually want the secured URL to be (example https://www.domain.com or https://domain.com) NOTE: do not put https:// in that section just either www.domain.com or domain.com. The last 3 options please leave as default. 4. Click 'generate CSR now'. 5. Once the CSR is generated, copy the content of the CSR and go back to the client area. 6. Mouse over the far left side menu 'services', then click on 'ssl cert' or 'ssl basic' or whichever you purchased, then click the domain name next to the one that shows 'Pending'. 7 click 'certificate setup' 8. paste the CSR in the space provided 9. under 'select server software' select 'other' 10 click 'submit' 11. Select the email address to send the approval email to or select the validation option of DNS validation or website/browser validation then click 'continue'. Make sure you have access to that email address. 12. The email address you selected will receive an approval email, follow the instructions in that email. 13. Once that's done the SSL certificate will be issued. This can take anywhere from 10 minutes to a few days depending on the verification process our SSL provider goes through. 14. Once you receive the certificate follow steps 1 and 2. 15. Click 'Apply signed certificate' then paste the certificate in the box next to 'pasted text' then click the 'install now' button.
