This video will demonstrate the steps required to reset your password. Please do not hesitate to contact us if you have further question regarding these steps.
1. Go to the log in screen on your control panel.
2. Click on the Forgot Password link.
3. Enter the email address associated with your account.
4. Ensure the message at the top reads password confirmation email was sent succesfully.
5. Look for the confirmation email and click the link provided to ensure you requested the password to be reset.
6. The username and password will arrive in a separate email after the confirmation link is clicked.
