You must first enable the 'password retrieve' feature in your webmail interface. You will need to log in and click the 'Options' icon from the top row menu. Now, from the left side menu, click the small arrow next to 'General' and click 'password recovery'. Below the 'Password Recovery' heading click the box next to 'enable password recovery' so that there is a check in the box then fill out the options below as to how you want the password recovered. Once that's done click the 'save' button at the bottom. Once you have that setup and you forget your password you are able to retrieve it. From the webmail login screen click the 'forgot your password' link at the bottom of the login window and it will ask you for your 'username' which is your email address then click 'view'.
