You will need the following settings to complete email configuration
•Name: the name of your email user (e.g. John Smith)
•Address: your full email address (e.g. user@yourdomainname.com)
•Password: the password for your email address.
•Description: a short description of your email account (e.g. John’s Mail)
•Host Name: me.cfdynamics.com
•User Name: your (e.g. user@yourdomainname.com)
•Password: the password for the above email address
•POP3 port 993 use SSL
•IMAP POP3 port 995 use SSL
•SMTP port 465 use SSL
The outgoing server (SMTP) requires authentication use same settings as incoming
