If malware is confirmed, our cleanup team can review and remove or quarantine infected files so the site can return to a safe operating state.
Important: Malware cleanup requires an active SiteGuard subscription—cleaning without protection commonly leads to reinfection.
On-network vs off-network
SiteGuard can protect sites that are not hosted on the CFDynamics network, because the perimeter WAF/CDN layer does not require file access to your application.
Some server-side security controls (such as enterprise endpoint tooling and server AV scanning) may be available when the infrastructure is within the CFDynamics hosting environment. Regardless of hosting location, SiteGuard provides managed perimeter protection, setup, monitoring, tuning, and expert troubleshooting.
